1. What country(ies) does Pets Fashion ship ?

All goods delivered by Pets Fashion take place domestically, that is, within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) exclusively.

 

2. How long will it take to get my order ?

All items shall be delivered immediately, taking into account the stated delivery time.

 

Please refer to the “Shipping Policy” section on Pets Fashion website.

 

Should an item not be available at short notice, Pets Fashion will inform you by e-mail about the expected delivery time.

 

3. What payment methods does Pets Fashion accept ?

Pets Fashion uses Stripe as recognised safe payment gateway to receive your payment.

 

Bank transfers are possible. Cash on Delivery is finally also an option for you.

4. Does Pets Fashion have gift packaging options ?

You like to buy gifts online ?

 

Pets Fashion will offer you the option to ship your gift straight to the recipient and the invoice will be left out of the box or pricing will be excluded.

 

Pets Fashion can also offer special packaging for gift purchases.

 

5. What is Pets Fashion’s return & exchange policy ?

Return or exchange is possible within 7 days, except for items that are on sale.

 

You, as customer, will have to notify Pets Fashion on billing@petsfashion.shop stating the invoice number and the item(s) to be returned or exchanged.

 

Shipping costs for returns are not covered by Pets Fashion and are under the responsibility of the buyer.

 

6. How do I cancel or modify an order ?

We want to be transparent and honest with you. Whether it’s because of a change of heart, or even just an accidental purchase, you may want to cancel or change your initial order. This is ok.

 

The only thing to do is to notify Pets Fashion on billing@petsfashion.shop stating the item(s) to be cancelled or modified.

 

7. How can I track my order ?

8. Rewards Program

Customers with store accounts can earn points for their purchase(s). Ensure to sign up to Pets Fashion to benefit the Program.

How do I earn points? Get 10 points for every purchase made. Shipping fees, taxes (as applicable) or gift cards are not included in the Rewards Program.

How do I check my point balance? Simply log in to your account and go to the “My Rewards” section.

 

How can I claim my reward? Use your points to redeem rewards as promo codes. You may apply one coupon code per order on the payment page during checkout.
