Terms and Conditions
All goods sold by Pets Fashion to the customers are provided exclusively on the basis of the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Conclusion of Contract
Pets Fashion offers a non-binding invitation to customers to order goods on its online shop.
By ordering the desired goods on the online shop, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
Pets Fashion is entitled to accept said offer within 2 calendar days by sending an order confirmation. The order confirmation shall be sent by e-mail. If the 2-day period expires without result, the offer shall be deemed to have been rejected.
2. Shipping
All items shall be delivered immediately, taking into account the stated delivery time. Please refer to the “Shipping Policy” section on the website. Should an item not be available at short notice, Pets Fashion will inform the customer by e-mail about the expected delivery time.
Delivery takes place within the United Arab Emirates exclusively.
In the event of delays in delivery, for example due to force majeure, traffic disruptions and orders from higher authorities, as well as other events for which Pets Fashion is not responsible, no claims for damages can be made against it.
3. Payment
All prices quoted are final prices.
Pets Fashion uses Stripe as safe payment gateway to receive customer’s payment (info is available on www.stripe.com).
Bank transfers are possible: charges from the United Arab Emirates shall be borne in full by the buyer. Pets Fashion’s bank details are shown on the e-mail order confirmation. In this case, the customer has to state the order number in the bank transfer so that Pets Fashion can allocate the incoming payment.
Finally, Pets Fashion offers the possibility for its customers to proceed with Cash on Delivery through its courier services provider.
The delivered goods remain Pets Fashion’s property until full payment is received.

4. Right of Exchange
Exchange is possible within 7 days.
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, for example, custom made products (special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods.
The customer will have to notify Pets Fashion on billing@petsfashion.shop stating the invoice number and the item(s) to be exchanged. This email is also valid for any question or concerns on specific items.
Shipping costs for exchanges are not covered by Pets Fashion and are under the responsibility of the buyer.
There is no right for exchange on sale items or gift cards.
5. Return & Refund
Pets Fashion has a 7-day return policy, which means, the customer has 7 days after receiving the item(s) to request for a return/refund.
To be eligible for a return/refund, the item(s) must be in the same condition as received : unworn and used, with tags, and in original packaging.
Customer will also need receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet the present requirements will be sent back.
Shipping costs for returns are not covered by Pets Fashion and are under the responsibility of the buyer. To start a return, customer must contact Pets Fashion at billing@petsfashion.shop. Order details and pictures of unopened goods must be provided.
Pets Fashion will notify the customer once it has received and inspected the said return, and will let the customer know whether the return is approved or not. Should you return be accepted, Pets Fashion will email the customer right away with instructions where to send the package back. Customer will receive a voucher that they can use online at a later time. Pets Fashion will not do cash-back refunds.
Items sent back to Pets Fashion without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Warranty
The risk is transferred to the buyer when the goods are dispatched.
If transport damage is detected, the recipient must immediately report it to Pets Fashion. Other recognisable transport damage must be reported to Pets Fashion in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods at the latest. Pets Fashion is not liable for defects caused by incorrect handling, normal wear and tear or external influences. If the goods are repaired by the customer or by third parties without Pets Fashion’s written consent, the warranty claim against Pets Fashion shall lapse.
7. Limitation of Liability
Unless otherwise stated below, any further claims of the customer, irrespective of the legal grounds, are excluded.
Pets Fashion is therefore not liable for damage that has not occurred to the delivery item itself; in particular, Pets Fashion is not liable for loss of profit or for other financial losses of the customer. Insofar as the contractual liability of Pets Fashion is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal liability of its employees, representatives and other agents. The above limitation of liability does not apply if the cause of damage is based on intent or gross negligence or if personal injury is involved. Furthermore, it shall not apply if the customer asserts claims regulated by law.
Should Pets Fashion negligently violate an essential contractual obligation, the obligation to pay compensation for material damage is limited to the occurring damage.
If the subsequent fulfilment takes the form of a replacement delivery, the customer is obliged to return the goods delivered first to the Pets Fashion online shop within 7 days at the customer's expense.
Other claims of the buyer – irrespective of the legal grounds - are excluded to the extent permitted by law. The seller, its auxiliary persons and any agents shall not be liable for damages that have not occurred to the goods themselves, in particular not for consequential damages, loss of profit or other financial losses of the buyer.
Pets Fashion shall only be liable for damages other than those resulting from injury to life, body and health if these damages are based on intentional or grossly negligent behaviour or on culpable violation of an essential contractual obligation by Pets Fashion or its agents.
An essential contractual obligation is an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the buyer may regularly rely. Any further liability for damages is excluded. Claims arising from a guarantee given by Pets Fashion for the quality of the object of purchase remain unaffected by this.
According to the current state of technology, data communication via the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be error-free and/or available at all times. We are therefore not liable for the availability of our Internet online shop at all times.
8. Copyright
All third party logos, images and graphics are the property of the respective companies and are subject to the copyright of the respective licensors. All photos, logos, texts, reports, scripts and programming routines shown on these pages, which are proprietary developments of Pets Fashion or have been prepared by its employees, may not be copied or used in any other way without consent. All rights are reserved.

9. Miscellaneous
Pets Fashion has no influence should articles be withdrawn from the supplier’s catalogue and be therefore no longer available or be changed in type and design.
Should any supplier offer a replacement item, Pets Fashion will inform the customer of the same. No claims for damages can be asserted against Pets Fashion due to items that are no longer available. Pets Fashion reserves the right to change the price of any individual items.

10. Validity and Amendments and Supplements to the Terms and Conditions
By placing an order, the Terms and Conditions of Pets Fashion online shop are recognised. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid for any reason whatsoever, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Verbal agreements require written confirmation. The place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Pets Fashion expressly reserves the right to adapt these Terms and Conditions to the circumstances at any time and to apply them immediately.
