Order processing

All orders shall be processed immediately after order confirmation.

Expect an email to let the buyer know the order in on the way.

Should an item not be available at short notice, Pets Fashion will inform the buyer by e-mail about the expected delivery time.

 

Local Delivery

Delivery takes place within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) exclusively.

 

During checkout, the buyer needs to enter the full address. When the order is ready, the buyer will receive an email with real-time tracking.

 

Rates

Shipping charges for orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Kindly note that Pets Fashion also allows for Cash on Delivery option at checkout.


Delays, Returns and Exchanges

In the event of delays in delivery, for example due to force majeure, traffic disruptions and orders from higher authorities, as well as other events for which Pets Fashion is not responsible, no claims for damages can be made against it.

 

Return or exchange is possible within 7 days, except for items that are on sale.

 

Pets Fashion needs to be notified on billing@petsfashion.shop stating the invoice number and the item(s) (with pictures as evidenced) to be returned/refunded or just simply exchanged.

 

Shipping costs for returns are not covered by Pets Fashion and are under the responsibility of the buyer. The following address to return the item(s) should be used:
